Our regular meetings take place on the first Tuesday of the month at 19:00 except for December. However the meeting date and/or time can sometimes change from our normal schedule, e.g. if there is a clash with a bank holiday or it is a special meeting.
Visitors from other Circles are always welcome; please contact our Secretary, John Hughes using the form on this page or by emailing him at johnvhughes@yahoo.co.uk Please let John know by 6pm on the Thursday prior to the meeting.

Members of West Surrey Catenians who are not on the permanent apology list and who are not planning to attend one of our regular monthly get togethers, are requested to advise the dining secretary (Shane Leslie) before 6pm on the Thursday preceding the meeting; this is required to avoid incurring the dinner cost of £25.00.
